The average season for asphalt paving begins in late April and closes in November, weather permitting.
 

While we pride ourselves in being customer-centered and flexible with scheduling, our start and end dates are weather dependent, and rely on the operating schedule of asphalt-producing plants.
 

Regardless of time of year, the asphalt schedule is always based on weather and site conditions.

• For example:
  • If removing the asphalt reveals soft base, it may require undercutting, or in some cases it simply needs a few days to dry out. In either case, we may be required to modify our schedule to insure the best end result.
  • With both paving and sealcoating, priority is given to those who have made a 50 percent down payment for services.
