"I wanted to let you know how pleased and happy I am with the work you did on my driveway. It was done exactly the way I wanted it and in a timely manner. I would gladly recommend you to anyone needing this kind of work done...."

After Your Paving Project Is Complete
We recommend that you do not drive or park on the asphalt for at least 2 days (3 days or longer is better in very hot weather, because it takes longer for the asphalt to cool).
You may walk on the asphalt right away, but objects with sharp edges or narrow points (i.e., shoes, kick stands, automobile jacks, ladders, yard chairs, etc.) should not be placed on the asphalt for the first twelve months unless you put a board or steel plate under the object to displace the weight and keep it from causing an indentation in the asphalt. These are fixable, but are not a warranty fix.
Use caution when driving across your freshly paved driveway or parking lot; stationery wheel turns can scuff your new paved surface, and parking on it too soon can leave wheel ruts. These are fixable, but are not a warranty fix.
Customer must backfill the edges of the newly paved driveway or parking lot. Any driveway or parking lot that isn't backfilled will not be warrantied against edge breakage.
Asphalt grade is limited to the control points set by existing asphalt, landscaping, and concrete curbing. Drainage MUST be at least 2% or greater to warranty against puddles. Grades with less than 2% drainage are not warrantied against puddles.
We recommend that you sealcoat your new asphalt after one year, and then every 2-3 years thereafter, depending on traffic volume, snow plowing, and personal preference.
Our company uses very high quality industrial sealer to ensure nice-looking and long-lasting coverage.
Hot rubberized crack sealant will become necessary as the drive continues to age, because of the freeze-thaw in Wisconsin you will eventually notice cracking in your asphalt. This is normal.
Our experienced maintenance crews can help keep your asphalt looking great for many years to come.
