Any warranty on any job will be null and void if payment is not received in full within 10 days of the invoice date. Warranty will not be honored on an open invoice. The only exception to this is if the customer has made special payment arrangements with our business office and the arrangements are/have been ahered to.
Towing of vehicles (at the vehicle owners' expense) will occur if vehicles are not moved by the date we are scheduled to be on site. Customers with tenants, the customer must include in their notice to tenants that towing will happen if vehicles are not moved by the date indicated in their notice. If a vehicle gets towed, the vehicle owner will need to work with the towing company.
Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period for sealcoat maintenance work will be (1) one year.
Infrared heats/repairs do not carry any warranty.
Asphalt sealcoat may fail to properly adhere due the following conditions: Invisible/visible residues left by trees, shrubs, plants, grass, etc., oils, soaps/detergents, pesticides, other seal products not applied by us, etc. In spite of our best efforts to properly prepare the asphalt surface for sealcoating, these residues are impossible to remove from the naturally porous surface and will not carry any warranty.
In a sealcoat warranty stiuation, warranty is limited to one (1) follow-up sealcoat application. The second application does not carry a warranty.
Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period for all new residential paving projects (single-family home or single-family duplex) will be two (2) years on materials and workmanship from the date of completion.
Unless otherwise specified, the warranty period for all new commercial paving projects (includes farm, multi-unit, condo assns., apartments, and shared drives) will be one (1) year on materials and workmanship from the date of completion.
Customer is responisble for obtaining municipality or township permits for their project. Contact your municipaity or township to inquire if a permit is needed.
